Agreement

By creating an account or using Cloob, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Age Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Cloob. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13. Cloob is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13.

Community Standards

Cloob is for organizing clubs and recurring group activities with other people. You may not post, submit, or share content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, spammy, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Cloob has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts that violate these standards. Users can report content and block other users in the app.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you create, including club details, meetup plans, polls, posts, submissions, reviews, and profile text. Do not share content you do not have the right to use.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Edit Profile. Deletion permanently removes your profile, account data, club memberships, friendships, reports, device messaging tokens, and user content such as your posts, reviews, reactions, polls, predictions, RSVPs, and submissions. A club you solely own is deleted; otherwise ownership passes to another member.

Changes

We may update these terms as Cloob changes. Continued use of Cloob after changes means you accept the updated terms.
